Witness King Tides
King Tide detectives are being asked to capture photos of inundated
beaches on the Capricorn Coast this weekend to help improve our
understanding of climate change impacts.
The King Tide Hub will be located at Yeppoon’s Main Beach on
Sunday starting at 7am where detectives can register their name and
upload their photos of the king tide along the coast for a chance
to win great prizes. All photos must be submitted to the King Tide
Hub by 10am. Participants can enjoy a free family BBQ at 10am.
This event is supported by Green Cross Australia.
